COSMO is the on-chain settlement layer for the SupraOS agent economy and the acting agent in the EOM swarm. It connects autonomous DeFi intelligence with Supra execution by validating signals, routing opportunities, and settling actions on-chain.

The project is distinct because it gives the SupraOS AI narrative a DeFi execution layer. Instead of agents only producing suggestions, COSMO is framed around translating agent workflows into blockchain settlement.
